I was thinking this morning when creating an account online for a website, that I have to fill in forms again and again…
I have heard about crypto based storage of personal data in a secure way (up to all of us to verify if legit)
this made me wonder if it would be interesting to come together about this and share to eachother different blockchain programs that have real working applications and explore and explain those. I have the impression most systems are still 3-5 years in development

@beire_2018 I am wondering how does this work in e-Estonia, where there is blockchain tech for many public services. Maybe websites in Estonian language allow you to sign in with you e-identity, or maybe they have crypto based storage of personal data for world websites.

Hi, with https://www.meetup.com/blockchain-garage-brussels/ , we meet to discuss these ideas. We have focused mostly on Blockstack in the last meetings, see https://browser.blockstack.org/ for an overview of existing apps. Is there any technologies you would like to discuss/explore in particular?

Blockstack’s Gaia can be on any server, it is for you to decide where, not by the application or platform. I am interested how far this can go and that we have some kind of decentralized identity authentication (DID Auth) such that gaia would also accepts users from Soverin or the like.
